Originally from Belgium, I spent my entire childhood in a small village called Honnay. I remember all those years spent in a environment where nature and small farms were omnipresent.

Around the age of 30, the environment changed! The small farms were gradually disappearing, and with them, the decline of nature.... I felt the need to rediscover those natural scents!

So, in 2007, we decided to make the leap to Nova Scotia.

As soon as I arrived, I immersed myself in nature, to understand the ecosystems and identify all the plants, algae, mushrooms, spices and other ingredients.

Two or three years later, in order to share my knowledge, I opened our 'ecotours' section. Over the years, many people - families, groups of friends, schools, universities and associations - have been able to take part in these events.

And it's always a great pleasure for me to continue sharing my knowledge.
